Ticket purchase facilitates or includes: USHPA Insurance, event organization costs, event specific Telegram Group chat, event Brochure with Coupons, site and weather briefings, group flying with local pilots to help lead the way, there is a hosted BBQ, daily rideshare and shuttles, music, fun contests and gatherings to include Q&A with Senior pilots, group hike and fly, spot landing challenge and LZ bingo. Tickets DO NOT include your RVHPA Membership which is required for all pilots looking to fly in the Rogue/Applegate Valley. We will be requiring proof of membership at check in. You can do so ahead of time at https://rvhpa.org/membership/. Note the RVHPA memership is good for all of 2025.
Full Refund for event Ticket purchases are available 45 days before event and Partial Refund under 45 days. Please contact us directly for all concerns regarding refunds partial or full. All Refunds will be deducted administration fees.
